Very happy to see this article featured on the cover of NatureProtocols!
It has been a privilege to follow and contribute to the development of PIC hydrogels over the years. I am a true fan of this unique material, and it always feels special to be able to play a small part in this journey.
PIC hydrogels offer a fully synthetic, reproducible, and animal-free alternative to traditional matrices, and I hope this protocol helps our “PIC-fan club” continue to grow. Exciting times ahead for 3D culture and mechanobiology!
